I was walking on this beach one night, the sun was going down on the other side of the the cape when I saw those small blue stairs.. it was very strange, almost surreal - the lake was calm, not a ripple there, the setting sun left that reddish glow on the far side and I was amazed..

Blur added afterwards.

They seem so out of place there! Like you could walk up them and suddenly be transported into a different world. No wonder they caught your eye. Love the cool blue tone too, really adds to the otherwordly atmosphere.

Great work. The blur adds a feeling of unreality to it, and enhances the color tones nicely. The contrast is perfect as well.
